Buyer’s Inspection
This inspection service is an investigative examination of a home that will determine the condition of most visible and readily accessible components. After the inspection has been completed, we’ll send a detailed report that will carefully explain each of our findings, including why certain components may be defective. Air Quality Testing
This inspection will investigate the structure of a home to locate potential areas of mold contamination. Annual Home Maintenance Inspections
We recommend that this inspection service be scheduled by homeowners once a year to keep an investment in tip-top shape. We’ll assess the condition of the home’s readily accessible areas so that we can identify current or impending issues. We’ll then thoroughly explain our findings, recommending the appropriate home maintenance treatments that should be applied in the near or immediate future. As an optional part of this service, we can install ionizers in the home’s HVAC system, which can have significant benefits.

Pre-Listing Inspection
This inspection can help you have an easier time selling a home. Before you submit your listing, we’ll arrive to your home to conduct a thorough inspection of the property. We’ll inform you of potential defects that we discover so that you can seek repairs or otherwise try to communicate with prospective buyers—helping to prevent delayed or stalled negotiations once a buyer’s own inspector has evaluated the property.
Pre-Drywall Inspection
Allow us to evaluate and report on the ongoing construction of your new home prior to the drywall going up to ensure that major construction defects within your home are not covered up. This inspection is completed after the framing is finished but before interior walls and insulation are installed.

Clients who receive a Pre-Drywall Inspection from us are eligible for 20% off the cost of the final inspection on the same property.
Clients who receive the final New Construction inspection from us are eligible for 50% off the cost of their 1-Year Annual Home Maintenance Inspection.
Radon Testing
Radon is a naturally occurring, radioactive gas that can sometimes penetrate the structure of a home and contaminate a living space. Radon is odorless and invisible, making it a real challenge for homebuyers and homeowners to detect without outside assistance. We’re trained in the use of advanced equipment that will reveal the presence of radon in a home—and that’s a huge step forward in making sure that your prospective investment is safe.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
If your new home is protected by the builder’s 1-year warranty, then we highly recommend scheduling this inspection service while the warranty is still active. We’ll carefully inspect the readily accessible areas of your home, searching for latent defects or safety issues that were overlooked prior to your move-in. If issues are discovered, you can consult your warranty agreement to see if certain repair expenses are covered—potentially saving you a substantial amount of money.
4 Point Inspection
This inspection will evaluate the four areas of a home that home insurers pay the most attention to when deciding whether to offer a policy. The areas that will be evaluated are: the roofing system, HVAC system, plumbing system, and electrical system. If each area is found to be in good condition, then the home will most likely meet the minimum property standards of most insurers.
Re-Inspections
This inspection will help to protect your potential investment by making sure that repairs have been adequately performed on components that were found to be defective during our original home inspection. We’ll check for correct installation, safety adherence, and for indications of new or additional issues.
Water Testing
This service is designed to protect prospective homebuyers from issues related to a contaminated water supply. We’ll take samples of a home’s water from both the well and tap to send off to a local laboratory. The laboratory’s results will reveal if the water contains heavy metals, harmful bacteria, or other contaminants that you need to be aware of.
WDO/Termite Inspection
Termite damage within a home is both unsightly and often unsafe if it manages to weaken critical points of a home’s structure. This inspection will investigate a home for signs of termite damage so that prospective homebuyers can be aware of existing issues before agreeing to terms with the seller.
